Sept 14 (Reuters) - Bergs Timber AB (publ)  BRGb.ST : 
    * Has signed letter of intent with Setra Trävaror AB for acquisition of Setra's sawmill 
operations in Vimmerby 
    * Value of operations will be based on book value and acquisition will be made on debt free 
basis 
    * Purchase price to be partly financed by new class B shares in Bergs Timber and partly from 
new loans
